I have finally got around to selecting my favourite images from 2017, it may be February but better late than never… I firstly wanted to thank all the couples that let me document their wedding for them, I’ve been lucky to travel to some amazing venues over the UK and across Europe and have met some charming people along the way!

I would also like to thank you all for voting for me at the wedding industry awards, it is still a beautiful shock that I was named Southwest wedding photographer of the year, I wasn’t going to enter, but one of the bride’s put me forward, so I’m glad she did in the end! Thank you, Allie.

The awards are unique because the first stage is judged only from the votes and comments from couples that I have photographed throughout the year, if you don’t score a high enough average then you’re not going to get through to the next round of judges.

Unfortunately, I didn’t win the national award in January. Still, the best consolation is that after the awards are over you get to read all the comments from couples who voted, I’ve entwined these with the images below so you can have a read as you look through the photos.

2018 is going to be incredible, I have lots of exciting weddings lined up over the year. I will be venturing over to Portugal, France & Italy, really looking forward to sharing more work over the next few months! Want to see more of my images then definitely check out my portfolio.
